How to Convert Salary and Hourly Pay
Hourly = salary ÷ (hours per week × weeks per year) Salary = hourly × hours per week × weeks per year
A standard full-time year is 40 × 52 = 2,080 hours. A quick estimate: hourly × 2 ≈ salary in thousands ($25/h ≈ $50k).
