How to Calculate a Grade

Percent = points earned ÷ points possible × 100
Weighted grade = Σ (category score × weight) ÷ Σ weights

Letter grades here use the common 10-point scale with plus and minus: A 93+, A− 90, B+ 87, B 83, B− 80, C+ 77, C 73, C− 70, D+ 67, D 63, D− 60, F below 60 (A+ from 97).
